Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can French fried onions
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, drained (optional)
Preparation

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, 1/2 can onions and pimento.
Pour into a 1-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
