Easy Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. half and half
    4 whole eggs
    dash of salt
    dash of nutmeg
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    6 oz. mild shredded Swiss cheese
    pastry to line bottom of 10-inch pie plate
Preparation
    Prepare pie crust.
    Cook spinach according to package instructions.
    Drain and squeeze out moisture.
    (Dry spinach will be about the size of your fist.)
    Scald cream; cool.
    Place in blender with eggs, salt and nutmeg.
    Blend until smooth but not frothy.
    Place spinach over bottom of pie crust.
    Pour egg mixture over and top with cheese.
    Bake about 55 minutes at 300\u00b0 or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
