Shrimp Boulettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. large peeled shrimp
    1 small bell pepper, seeded and cut into large pieces
    1/2 c. celery, coarsely chopped
    2 large onions, quartered
    4 cloves garlic
    1 medium potato, peeled and quartered
    1 egg
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Grind first 6 ingredients and mix together with egg, mixing well.
    Form balls
    using a heaping spoonful of
    this mixture. Roll in seasoned flour and fry in about 2-inches of hot oil until golden brown.
    I like to use a cast-iron skillet.
