Raspberry Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 level Tbsp. cornstarch
pinch of salt
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
3 oz. raspberry jello
2 c. fresh raspberries
2 c. cooked and cooled vanilla pie filling
whipped cream
Preparation

Mix the 3/4 cup water with the sugar.
Heat and while waiting for this to come to a boil, mix the cornstarch, salt, 1/4 cup water and lemon juice. Boil together until mixture is clear and then add the jello. Stir well to dissolve jello, then cool. Add the fresh raspberries.
