Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shredded hash browns
    1/2 stick melted butter
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion (or more)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    6 oz. or more Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix in bowl and pour in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
