Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 large box apricot jello
2 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 c. pecans
2 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Bring to a boil the crushed pineapple, sugar and water; add apricot jello.
Add cold water, softened cream cheese, pecans and carrots.
Cool until mixture begins to congeal.
