Cocoa Buttermilk Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil and add dry ingredients (sugar, flour and soda).
Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla.
Mix well.
Grease and flour cookie sheet.
Pour batter on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes.
Test for doneness.
