3/4 c. mashed, cooked pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
your favorite 9-inch pie crust, baked or graham cracker crust
Preparation

Mix together pumpkin and brown sugar.
Add spices and salt. Mix well.
Stir in softened ice cream and continue stirring until well blended.
Pour into 9-inch baked pie crust; sprinkle with nuts and freeze until firm.
