Potato-Topped Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 c. (16 oz.) mixed vegetables, drained
1 c. condensed cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 (10 oz.) box Tater Tots
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef; pour off excess fat.
Use 9-inch square baking dish.
Place vegetables over meat.
Spread soup on top of vegetables.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Top with potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
