Meat And Shepherd Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    5 to 6 potatoes
    1 lb. chopped meat
    Parmesan cheese
    1/4 bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute green peppers and onions in butter.
    Brown chopped meat. Add bouillon
    cubes,
    salt,
    pepper,
    thyme and a little water and cornstarch.
    Layer chopped meat, then layer of potato mixture. Boil
    potatoes
    and
    mash.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and dabs
    of
    butter
    on
    top.
    Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
