Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can evaporated milk plus water to make 2 c.
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. biscuit mix
Preparation

Pour all ingredients into blender; blend on medium speed. Pour into greased 10-inch glass pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
