Rio Grande Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops, 3/4 to 1-inch thick
    1 (No. 303) can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. sliced pimento stuffed olives
    1 large onion, sliced
Preparation
    Brown chops in a greased skillet over low heat for about 15 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Remove pork chops to platter.
    Serve with sauce from skillet.
