Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope onion soup mix (dry)
2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut in large chunks
1/3 c. Wesson oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Put onion soup mix in large plastic bag.
Add potatoes and oil.
Shake until potatoes are coated.
Put potatoes in shallow baking pan.
Bake for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, and bake until tender and golden brown.
Makes about 8 servings.
