My Favorite Fresh Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Ruskin brand spinach
    1 small can bean sprouts
    1 small can water chestnuts
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    8 slices bacon, cooked
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Wash spinach and tear into pieces.
    Add drained bean sprouts and water chestnuts (drained and sliced thin).
    Add boiled eggs, cut up; add bacon, fried crisp and crumbled.
    Add onion, sliced thin and separated into rings.
    Toss in large bowl and add dressing.
    Serves 6 to 8.
