Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small pkg. Minute rice
    1/2 can milk (more if desired)
    1 small (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli.
    Cook rice.
    Saute onion and celery.
    Stir in broccoli and rice.
    Add soup and milk; stir in Cheez Whiz.
    Bake in a 2-quart casserole for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
