Burgundy Beef And Mushrooms(Microwave Method) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 c. beef stock (bouillon cube)
    1/2 c. Burgundy wine
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 bay leaf
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. flour
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Cut
    steak
    into
    1-inch cubes and place in
    a\t2
    quart casserole.\tAdd stock, wine, tomato paste,\tgarlic,
    bay
    leaf, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Stir, cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Stir in mushrooms.\tCover
    and
    microwave on High for 5 minutes.
    Stir.
    Microwave on
    30%
    (Medium-low) for 15 minutes, stirring midway through.
    Combine
    water
    and flour and stir into beef mixture.
    Microwave on
    30% (Medium-low) for 10 minutes, stirring midway through cooking.
    Remove
    bay leaf. Serve over rice.
