Flank Steak Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Blend ingredients well.
    Pierce meat on both sides; marinate 6 hours (or however long you have).
    Broil meat 3 inches from heat, 4 minutes per side.
    Boil down remaining marinade on stove and pass as sauce.
