Mini Cheesecakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
blueberry pie filling
Preparation

Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until fluffy.
Line muffin tin with baking cups.
Place vanilla wafer in each baking cup.
Fill cups 2/3 with batter.
Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Top with 1/2 teaspoon of blueberry pie filling.
Chill until ready to serve.
