Mexican Chef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 can kidney beans (if desired)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 head lettuce, cut up
4 oz. grated cheese
hot sauce to taste
1 onion (if desired)
8 oz. French dressing
1 (6 oz.) bag corn or tortilla chips
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain.
Add kidney beans, if desired, and salt.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Cut up lettuce.
Toss with grated cheese.
Add hot sauce to taste, onion, if desired, French dressing and ground beef mixture (cooled).
Crunch and add corn or tortilla chips on top.
