Mango Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kg. mango juice
    1.6 kg. sugar
    1.4 kg. water
    35 to 40 g. citric acid
    3 g. potassium meta-bisulfite
Preparation
    Boil the sugar and the water; strain through a cloth to clean it.
    Add mango juice and other ingredients which will act as preservative.
    If you don't want to keep the squash for any length of time, omit the potassium meta-bisulfite.
