Potato Soup-In-A-Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 all-purpose potatoes, peeled and diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery (optional)
    1 c. smoked ham, chopped
    1 pt. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cover potatoes, onion and celery with water in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook until tender.
    Drain and set aside.
    In a large iron skillet, melt margarine. Add vegetables, milk and ham. Season to taste.
    Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, adding more milk to desired consistency.
