Salmon Ball(Dip) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can salmon, drained well
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. chopped onions
chopped nuts
chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Form into a ball.
Roll ball in chopped nuts and parsley.
Chill.
Serve with crackers.
