Crab Dip (Or Casserole) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. onions
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
1 large can Pet milk
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. crab meat
Preparation
-
Cook onions, celery and butter over low heat until wilted, not brown.
Add rest of ingredients and mix altogether.
This can be used as dip or poured into a buttered dish and topped with buttered bread crumbs; bake as for a casserole.
