Chicken Fettucini Oriental Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fettucini florentine
    soy sauce
    3 large chicken breasts, sliced, deboned and skinless
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 pkg. snow peas
    1/2 head cabbage or 1 stalk sliced broccoli
    olive oil
Preparation
    Boil fettucini in water until tender; drain and set aside.
    In large skillet, stir-fry in olive oil chicken pieces with cabbage or broccoli until tender.
    Stir in snow peas and water chestnuts. Sprinkle several drops of soy sauce while stir-frying.
    Pour this mixture over fettucini and serve.
    (This is best if you also add soy sauce to fettucini and mix.)
