Shoe Peg Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
    1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
    1 tsp. fresh lemon
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate.
    Yields 4 servings.
