Raspberry Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. milk and 1 egg, beaten together
    raspberry jam
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    butter (size of walnut)
    1 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix flour, margarine, salt, baking powder and milk and egg together.
    Pack in a 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan.
    Spread a thin layer of raspberry jam over this.
    Mix together the brown sugar, egg, vanilla, butter and coconut; spread over pan mixture.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool; cut into bars.
