Chinese Beef And Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 to 2 1/2 c. boiling water
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 medium onions
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 c. uncooked rice
1 Tbsp. oil
2 green peppers
3 celery stems
Preparation

Brown ground beef, stirring occasionally.
Drain and set aside.
Brown rice in the tablespoon of oil.
Add boiling water to which the 2 beef bouillon cubes have been dissolved.
After rice begins cooking, add the chopped onions, peppers and celery.
Add the soy sauce and cook until rice is done.
Add the beef and stir together.
