Glazed Pork Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large carrots
    1/2 c. apricot preserves
    1/2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. dry red wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. onion juice
    1 1/2 lb. lean boneless pork
    fresh pineapple chunks
Preparation
    Cut carrots into 1-inch pieces.
    In a small saucepan, cook, covered, in a small amount of boiling salted water, for 15 to 20 minutes; drain.
