Spiced Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. water
    3 c. sugar
    4 cinnamon sticks
    1 Tbsp. whole cloves
    2 qt. water
    2 tea bags
    2 cans frozen orange juice
    3/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Boil the first 4 ingredients 30 minutes.
    Bring to a boil the 2 quarts of water and tea bags; let stand 30 minutes.
    Add juices.
