Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. coarsely grated zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs, slightly beaten with fork
    1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
    3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients in a large bowl with a spoon.
    Then add the zucchini and nuts; mix well.
    Then add the oil, eggs, pineapple with juice and vanilla; mix well.
    Makes 3 medium loaf pans.
    Spray with Pam.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours at 325\u00b0.
