Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. white sugar
4 c. water
4 slightly rounded Tbsp. instant coffee
1 fifth vodka
2 or 3 oz. brandy
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix the sugar, water and coffee and boil.
Simmer for 1 hour. Cool.
Stir in the brandy, vodka and vanilla.
Bottle.
May be used stat.
Will keep, tightly corked, indefinitely.
