Chinese Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. dry vermouth
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. water
    12 chicken wings
Preparation
    Cut chicken wings into 3 pieces and throw tips away.
    Bring water, vermouth and soy sauce almost to a boil.
    Pour sauce over wings and bake at 275\u00b0 for 3 hours in an uncovered oblong glass casserole dish.
    Baste and turn periodically.
    Turn oven up to 350\u00b0 for last 30 minutes.
    Bake a total of 3 1/2 hours.
