Ingredients

1 c soft butter
1/2 c + 2 Tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 c flour
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Combine flour and cornstarch. Add to butter/sugar mix with flour. Mix with your hands. Chill. Roll out on lightly floured surface. 1/4 inch cut. Place lightly greased cookie sheet. Cook at 300 for 20-25 minutes.
