Peach Custard Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
pinch of salt
1/2 c. butter
30 oz. can peaches
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and butter and pack this mixture into a 9-inch square pan.
Drain peaches.
Save juice and arrange in pan. Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over peaches.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
