Chicken Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. precooked chicken breast, chopped
    5 Tbsp. cooking oil
    4 Tbsp. flour (all-purpose)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 c. tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown flour in oil.
    Add onion, pepper, celery and garlic. Cook until vegetables are transparent.
    Add tomatoes, water, salt, pepper and sauces.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
