Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat margarine, shortening and sugar together.
Add the eggs and beat again.
Add flour, baking powder and soda that were mixed together, adding the vanilla and then the sour cream.
Mix well. Pour 1/2 of the batter into a greased tube pan.
