Honey-Coconut Dip (For Fruit) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. shredded coconut
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Place cottage cheese in blender.
    Process at low speed until smooth.
    Transfer to medium-sized bowl.
    Stir in yogurt, honey, coconut and orange rind until well mixed.
    Cover; refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
    Serve in small glass serving bowl or chilled hollowed out cantaloupe half.
    Use with bite-sized pieces of seasonal fruit of your choice.
