Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 chicken breasts
4 stalks celery, chopped
5 carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 bay leaves
2 to 3 potatoes, cubed
dash of garlic powder
dash of salt and pepper
water to cover
2 to 3 c. your favorite noodles
Preparation

Simmer chicken breasts in water for 2 to 3 hours (also add salt, pepper, garlic and bay leaves).
Remove chicken, remove skin, debone and shred into chunks.
Add chicken and vegetables to water and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Add the noodles during the last 15 minutes to allow them to cook until tender.
