Escalloped Onions("A Favorite From The '76 Cookbook.") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 onions, sliced
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. sharp cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook onions until tender.
    Drain onions overnight or in morning if you are going to use at night.
    Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Add bread crumbs and cheese.
