Hawaiian Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. finely minced bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
    1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
    1 c. chopped pecans, divided
Preparation
    Mix all together, using 1/2 cup pecans.
    Chill.
    Shape into ball and roll in remaining 1/2 cup nuts.
    Best made several days ahead so flavors blend.
    Serve with Wheat Thins and Triscuits crackers.
