Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole grain corn or creamed
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. thick cream
    1 small chopped onion
    1/4 stick butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Beat sugar, eggs and cream.
    Add onion, butter and green pepper.
    Add approximately 1/2 of cracker crumbs.
    Melt butter and sprinkle on top.
    Sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Dish will be light brown.
