Italian Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 (10 oz.) Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar, shredded
    1 pkg. original Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
Preparation
    Mix Ranch dressing with mayonnaise and milk.
    Chill 15 to 20 minutes to set.
    Blend cream cheese, dressing mixture and shredded Cheddar with electric mixer until thoroughly mixed.
    Form into 1 or 2 balls and chill briefly in freezer, approximately 10 minutes. Can be rolled in chopped nuts, paprika or light parsley or served plain.
