Chicken Fricassee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken (season to taste)
    1 rib sliced celery
    1 sliced onion
    1/2 sliced bell pepper
    2 sliced carrots
    1 can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown chicken on both sides in skillet.
    Add flour.
    When chicken is brown, add vegetables.
    Add tomatoes.
    You may sprinkle a little curry powder and oregano.
    Cover and simmer until chicken is done.
    You may also bake in casserole in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Bake until chicken is done.
    Serve with rice.
