Baked Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    medium-sized eggplant
    egg
    bread crumbs
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 pt. spaghetti sauce
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cut 1/2-inch slices from peeled, medium-sized eggplant.
    Dip in beaten egg and bread crumbs and fry until crisp in olive oil. Place fried slices of eggplant in casserole dish and cover with spaghetti sauce.
    Cover with thin slices or shredded Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake in moderate oven 15 to 20 minutes.
    One-half pound of browned meat can be added.
