Cranberry-Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cranberries (one 12 oz. pkg.)
5 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced thin
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour, divided
5 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

For a higher ratio of fruit to crust, use 4 cups of cranberries, 3 apples and 2/3 cup sugar.
