Winter Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained and rinsed
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. diced pimento
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and place in greased casserole. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cover with Ritz crackers and cover Ritz crackers with melted butter. Bake another 15 minutes.
