Sarge'S Kale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 bunches kale
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 chopped onion
    1 to 2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can water
Preparation
    Strip and clean kale.
    Steam until very tender.
    In saucepan saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
    Add tomato sauce and water. (Can add a little red wine.)
    Simmer about 10 minutes.
    Add kale; simmer a little longer.
