Low Cholesterol Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
    In large bowl, beat eggs.
    Stir in oil and vanilla.
    Blend in sugar.
    Add flour mixture.
    Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased sheet 2-inches apart. Flatten each cookie with oiled glass.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
