Maple Ice Cream(People From Abroad Savor This Native American Flavor!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks, beaten
    2 c. maple flavored syrup
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. heaviest whipping cream
    1 c. butter
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and add vanilla.
    Add sifted confectioners sugar. Add flour and then stir in nuts.
    Dough may be a little dry (it will work together when you make your balls).
    Roll into small balls.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until just browned on bottom.
    Roll in sifted confectioners sugar while still hot.
