Apple-Sour Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    7 medium tart, green summer apples (4 c.)
    1/2 c. light raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry.
    Combine egg, sugar, brown sugar and sour cream.
    Stir in cored, pared and thinly sliced apples and raisins.
    Turn into pastry shell.
    Add lattice top; seal edges and flute.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes or until done, covering edges with foil during last 15 minutes baking time.
